This is where I get confused/frustrated.....If your check-in is 4/11 isn't your 90 day mark 1/11:confused3

I am patiently(not):scared: waiting for tomorrow for my 90 day mark, but maybe I should give a call nowpopcorn::

So what you're saying is you purposely kept calling repeatedly even though you know you're outside your booking window and badgered them until finally some poor cast member made your ADRs????

No thanks, I think I'll wait until 90 days before my trip rather than resort to that!

Yes, I know I'm early but the CM let me book them. Why not try? That isn't against the rules.

I personally think that is unfair. If they put a 90 day policy in place then everyone should stick to it so its fair to everyone. I dont have time to call every day all day to "see" if someone will. Now when I call RIGHT when they open at my 90 day window there is a chance a lot of people booked early by calling when I followed exactly what Disney wanted and declared their policy. It just doesnt seem right... :confused3

I called and got just what I needed...thanks for the extra push...the CM didn't even ask for my check-in date(it's probably linked to my phone#:confused3 ) :woohoo:

Things like this get me aggravated, but it is not the poster's fault that someone booked her ADR's.

Oh I know it isnt your fault and heck if I had the time I would probably sit on the phone with the Dis too :rotfl2: but it just makes me angry that they dont stick with one policy and follow through! Ah!

I can't say for sure that things haven't changed, but Disney has always reserved some tables to 'release' on the proper ADR date.

For example, assuming a restaurant can take 300 reservations on a night. They may release 100 tables at 100 days (to account for those properly calling in for 90 +10) Then at exactly 90 days they release the last 200 reservations.

That's why CRT would always be much harder to get before exactly 180 days.

Thanks for that info, it helps a little. It is frustrating to have to wait for a busy date when people with the +10 are able to book now.

Anyway Plan B is that if I don't get the ADR's I want, I cancel the dining plan, rent a car, and have some meals off-site. Take that, Disney.

If everyone would just follow the rules and not try to bend them the system would be fair for everyone. I called to day (my 90 day mark) and got everything I wanted.

I hate that some people push so hard and are so persistent that it puts people that folllow the rules at a disadvantage. And shame on those CM for allowing it.

OK so I am suppose to book on Friday but it seems people are booking early???:confused3 What gives with that. I know it doesn't hurt to try but it stinks for us people who are waiting. I am going over Easter too so I am real worried about not getting what I want.

Who said I push so hard? I just called a couple times a day, no big deal! Why are you being such a meany? and.....I'm a very fair person.

I agree, not the OP's fault that a CM didn't know/follow the new rule. BUT, what rubs me the wrong way is coming here and encouraging others (and I'm presuming others who aren't at their 90 day mark yet) to keep calling until they get someone who will book for them.

I may be on the defensive but it was just a tip for the diser's. OK, I will say no more, I apoligize if I offended anyone.

Trying to break the rules by brute force is not a tip. Apology accepted--behavior is not.
