After looking for about 1.5 months, calling multiple brokers only to be told that the contract was sold minutes after broadcasting the email/tweet, I finally got a resale contract! So happy, yet also freaked out that I'm about to spend over $21k! What an odd feeling. I need a drink

After a few weeks of trying we finally had an offered accepted of Friday. Returned everything Saturday now just waiting for seller to return their docs to enter ROFR.
