Made 'Ohana ressie online, but no conf. email

I saw the confirmation page, which had a confirmation number, but I didn't think to copy down the number and never received the email. This was over a week ago, and it is not showing up under our ressies online. It happened with another reservation I made following, but this time I was smart enough to c/p the ressie details and emailed myself. That reservation also did not show up under my reservations, but I was able to do the lookup by conf. number it added to my list. I don't want to be charged a no show fee (we no longer need the ressie), so if I call with the date and time, will they be able to help me without a conf no.?

I think calling would be your best bet. Im sure they'd be able to pull up the info for you and cancel it that way.
