Feel the same way about V & A, Karen :)

A good friend of mine is on a Caribbean cruise right now and will be following that with their first visit to WDW. They have booked V & A to celebrate her DHs birthday, can't wait to hear how it goes for them. They needed formal gear for their cruise anyway.

I remember how staggered she was when I gave her my Unofficial Guide months ago and told her she needed to start planning where she wanted to eat dinner each night, straight away!!!. She thought I was nuts :rotfl:

But they are big foodies and I knew how disappointed they'd be if they rocked up to all the TS restaurants and couldn't get in!

we too are doing a cruise, so am taking some formal stuff, but I really couldnt see myself dressing up while at WDW... what's the fun in that???
I live in shorts and T.......rain, hail or shine..just be grateful I wear shoes :stir:

We divided to do V&A's as we are cruising before WDW so we will already have our formal wear. Also, my parents are travel g with us, so they can do baby sitting for the night. Really looking forward to finally trying V&A'S. Will be sure to take photos and post them.

Well done on getting your ADR's. You will love V&A, DW and I did it back in 2010 trip we also did the Queen Victoria Room.

It was the best meal of my life, the food was sensational and the presentation and theatre of some courses was unbelieveable. We still have the personalised menu's at home, I sometimes get them out and drool over the memories.

From memory we had 9 courses plus the option of 3 addtional course (Of which I chose one) plus the wine pairings. Be careful of the wine pairings they were very generous with the wine, I ended up with 2 or 3 glasses lined up by the end.
