Well I finally got through the mound of menus that I printed from AllEars and made my ADRs. DH, myself, DD10 and DS8 will be there May16-23 and are staying at CSR. DH is the type to say "anything your want honey" and then complain after the fact. So any feedback on my choices is welcome. Oh, we're on the dining plan.

Arrival day - Lunch at either pool or in downtown disney not sure yet. Dinner ADR at 5:30 Chef Mickey's.

Day 2 - EPCOT all day. Breakfast in the room, Lunch (CS) at either Seasons or Tangerine, Dinner ADR 6:15 Teppanyaki.

Day 3 - MK for EMH and then to AK. Breakfast in the room, lunch at either Pecos Bills or Cosmic Rays, Dinner ADR 7:10 at Spoodles.

Day 4 - MGM all day- STAR WARS :woohoo: . Breakfast in room. Early lunch at Pizza Planet, Fantasmic Dinner Package Mama Melrose ADR 4:20 (this was the absolute latest time :(

Day 5 - Water Park (can't decide which one) and then Disney Quest in the evening will eat (CS) at both.

Day 6- Sleep in day. ADR at 11:10 am for Supercalifragilistic Breakfast at 1900 Park, then off to MK. I have ADR for 5:10 Crystal Palace dinner but was wondering if we will still be stuffed from the late breakfast and switch to 7:30? Maybe just have a snack in between or leave it as is and just snack later since it is evening EMH at MK.

Day 7 - Breakfast in room and off to EMH at MGM, not sure what CS to do for Lunch, may go back to another park since we were already at MGM all day on Star Wars Friday. Dinner ADR 6:25 at Kona Cafe.

Day 8 (last day - oh so sad!) - No dining plan credits left unless we were able to share a time or two during the week. But we will all probably be able to roll back to Chicago.

Now that I have my ADR's my stress level has gone down considerably. :cheer2:

GrumpyMommy- so YOU are my husband's other wife! :rotfl2:
I like your plan. We don't have many of the same ADRs but your's look good.
I would make the Crystal Palace later, I think you will still be stuffed. And since it is EMH at MK then you can be siting and eating while the non-park guest are doing their last frantic running around and then stroll out to take advantage of the extra time.
Day 7 you can always go to Epcot since it is on the monorail and you can then go directly to Kona from there on the rail.

We didnt realize how much time it would take us to get from the parks to our room ( to freshen up) then to the restaurant.

Good plan on Day 7 Jeanief!

We went in June. We were so hot! We wanted to shower before dinner.

We used disney transportation. We got a cab a few times to make our ADR. Im sure its a lot faster with your own car.

I cant make our ADRS till the end of June...:(

I love Crystal Palace and Ohanas!

Great idea jeannef about Epcot to Kona. We're first timers so I don't know what is on the monorail. I had the same thoughts about the later Crystal Palace.

LauraAnn630 - How much time should you allow for transportation? The CM said 45min. when I made my ADRs.

The amount of time will very. Depending on if your using the disney buses, driving yourself and if you are planing to go back to your room before you goto the restaurant.

It took us 45 minutes to get back to our room. Between waiting for the bus, the bus ride and walking back to our room. We showered (going in June its sooo hot) which took an hour. Then back down to the bus stop, waiting for the bus to take us to Magic Kingdom to catch the monrail or another bus to get to other resorts where the restaurants are at can take longer than 45 minutes. This took a lot of our park time away!

We are going in December this year and we are driving so we have our car.

Now if your not all sweaty you may not need to go back to your room everytime.

I didnt know when using disney buses wed have to goto MK to get another bus to get to where we needed to be. It was a bit confusing at times.

You can take the bus to MK to get the monrail to some of the resorts.

Anyways Id plan how to get to each ADR so your not confused.

If your late for an ADR I think they take you anyways.

If you decide to use a cab...that will be interesting!! Each time they charged us something different! Even if it was the same route. We took a cab from ASM to the Poly two times. Once we were charged $10.00 the next time $20.00 Some of the drivers couldnt hardly speak english. They knew enough to remind my husband to give them a tip! We knew they were over charging us most of the time.

Day 1 Chef Mickey's. Great arrival day meal. Get in the spirit. The food was good, the characters great.

Day 2. Tangeriene was yummy. If you need to bank a counter credit or two for the last day, consider the combo shawirma platter. 2 of em fed 4 of us.
Note: The distances involved in epcot are much bigger than they look on paper. So if you're up in the front section, the trip to world showcase and in to morrocco and back can be a long one.

Day 3. Spoodles. The best place we ate on our October trip. Loved it.
The seafood stew was yummy. If you absolutely do not like spice though, get something else. Both Pastas were good and so was the steak.

Day 4. We got stuck with a 4:20 too. Bummer time. The reason is many of the shows shut down about 6 and as a result of the 4:20, we missed a couple things. It was worth it though because when we went, fantasmic was packed. We did H and V which was good.

Day 6. I'd switch to 7:30 unless I'd miss the night parade because of it.

Your restaurants look good, and well planned out days! Wow.

Chef Mickey on the first night is great we are taking my great nephew there on April 9th - we have not been there for three years. That was our first WDW experience ever!

We totally enjoyed the Supercali...... breakfast. We were there for DD9 birthday earlier this month and it was a special day! Your later seating will be great as the restaurant starts to empty out, and the characters tend to be extra attentive. I would totally switch to a later seating at CP. We did dinner there (for my birthday a week before DDs) and loved it there too!

We enjoy Seasons at EPCOT, have not done Tangerine. I like the variety. The Land is such a busy place with SOARIN'!

I love the burgers at Peco's Bills and Cosmic Ray's, and of course my favorite CS is Casey's - it's the only place in the world (literally the WORLD) that I will eat a hot dog. There is just something special about them!

I hope you and your family have a wonderful time!

Living locally (and only being on one veteran commando style led visit prior to moving here) I had never really planned out days - but I have guests coming in April and need to plan out our days (not so much for dining - but around DDs school schedule and to figure out what kind of pass to get the little person who is coming....)
