Made ADR's for 9 of us..now a 10th may be coming!

My dilemma...I made all of our ADR's for April 16-24 for the 9 of us. I was able to pretty much get what we wanted. Now, DH is re-thinking and may be coming along this trip; he usually does every other.

If he decides to come, do I have to cancel all of my ADR's and then CALL for ADR's for a party of 10?? If that's the case, as much as I love my DH, maybe he'll just stay home!

In August, I had no problem adding my neice when we arrived. I tried to change the ressies, but the new times were horrible or they were booked so the CM said I could try and take my chances. That's what we did for 3 ressies and it worked out for us!

To change the reservations, you would have to cancel and rebook them. I'd check for availabilty before doing that. If there's no availability or you'd have to change too much, you can just walk up with the extra person, although there isn't any guarantee that if you do that you will be able to get a table or won't have to wait for one. Odds seem pretty good at most restaurants based on reports, especially if you are going from an odd number to an even number, which means you may not need a bigger table.

I would wait until I got there and ask the concierge to please let the restaurants know that there is one more person- or I would just walk up. I'm sure that they get this all of the time. Good luck!
