Mack daddy camping chair?

Does anyone have or know of a crazy good camping chair??? Scott's birthday is coming up and I'd really like to find him a camping chair that is cushy, rocks, reclines and has a place for at least one beer. Does such a throne exist?????

I bought this chair from Gander Mountain. Unfortunately it does not rock, but it is very comfortable, and it does have a beer holder.

They also have another chair that is like a regular chair, but the back reclines and it has a pillow. That also is comfortable.

Dang, can I get you to adopt me? That is a thoughtful gift and one I would love to have. Although, I do get spoiled with home made blueberry pie made with fresh local berries that my hunter/gatherer DW gets for me so I am not complaining.

I have nothing useful to offer on good chairs, 'cause Nancy knows there would be NO hope of getting my big butt out of it to help.

We bought similar chairs at Camping World. We found them...difficult to get in and out of, the lacing that holds the chair's sling popped on one of them and is a real PITA to put back together, and they are cumbersome to store. On the plus side - they were darned comfortable once you got in it! We actually sold them in a garage sale about a year later because they took up the entire space of one of the MH bays.

Thanks everybody for the suggestions!!!! I do especially like those zero gravity ones...but I think he'll say that they're too luxurious for camping I, on the other hand, think they're perfect for camping and may send some hints...oh about...mother's day, maybe?

You won't think the zero gravity ones are too luxurious for camping the first day you come back from a long day of the parks, lean back and can get your throbbing feet up in the air and take some pressure off of them!

Mine is big, bulky and heavy and still won't go camping without it.

Yep, those are the ones! A word of caution though, this picture is big enough to see, the hinge where it folds right under the front of the arm rest. See where it sort of sticks out? Beware of your pockets sticking out when you sit down, I am now up to the third pair of shorts that have caught on that and totally ripped them up the side! I've learned to not plop down in the chair without watching for this! Many of these chairs have the same design.

Some of the more expensive Camping World ones have a different design and the hinge does not stick out, pricier but shorts get expensive too!

Rcvd a Bed Bath & Beyond Flyer in the mail! They have a really neat small table that attaches to the handle of the loungers called a "Relaxer Side Table" for the chairs for sale 9.99. Thought it was pretty cool!

rumor has it that you have some awesome chairs. Got any info on them? It is springtime (FINALLY!) and we are gettin things in order. All our chairs have seen better days. In fact, they never were that great to start with. Can't seem to find just the right one!
