I've eaten at the LBV one three times. Definitely not a buffet. Good Italian food and reasonably smart inside. Prices probably similar to the Olive Garden. We were brought a dish of warm yummy olive oil and fresh bread before our food. Tablecloths are white paper and there are crayons on the table.
The last time I went, despite being reasonably busy, the inside temperature was way too chilly (this happens a lot and really irritates me) and so I won't rush back.
