We just got back from a week at WDW. We ate at Kona cafe twice (once for Breakfast & the other dinner). THE best meals that we had all week :thumbsup2

I asked for the recipe for the Macadamia Pineapple Pancakes and all I got was to mix chopped Macadamia nuts into the pancake mix & cook. Then to mix pineapple tidbits, crushed pineapple, brown sugar, salt, and butter to make the topping and bake until golden brown. That topping goes over the pancakes.
Does anyone have any ideas on the amounts of each ingredient for the topping?? :confused3 They didn't tell me that :sad2:

Just checked both my Disney recipe cookbooks and it is not in either. But it sounds great, I hope you get it. :)

I checked my Disney recipe sires and it wasn't listed in any of them. I'm sorry.

I don't have the recipe either, but I have very fond memories of the yummy breakfast. I'll wait til next year to have them again. It's just not the same if I'm not at Disney!!!

Hey,

Checked mine too...sorry, nothing.

Maybe fax or email the POLY for the recipe.

They did give me the ingedients (a step in the right direction), but I just don't how much of each to use :confused3

I'm very much a "Step1 ... step 2 .... step 3" type cook
