Mac designers

Hi, I am new to Disboards. However, lately I have done little else then to peruse my new found resource. I am a huge Disney fan and love being among fellow worshipers! I am so impressed with the design board and would like to try my hand at some simple designs for my family events. I will be getting married next year and would like to include a personalized t-shirt for our guests in their welcome bags. As I would never ask a busy Dis designer for that order I would like to attempt to do it myself. Thus my question... I have a Mac computer, can anyone recommend a design program that is easy to use for beginners, but still offers quality design options? Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. I personally use adobe photoshop cs3 for both my pc laptop and my mac desktop. I do most of my disigns on my mac desktop because i have a 21inch monitor. i have been using photoshop for a while though. i don't think its hard to learn. you just learn the most the more you play with the program, whichever you choose.
