Ok so I finally uploaded some of the pictures from my bridal shower in VA. My best best best friend in the whole world and her mother hosted the party for me. It was fabulous! Here are some pictures
The beautiful table. She even used our invite for decoration. The cookies were from a bakery in DC owned by that guy that hosts Sugar Rush on the Food Network. I thought that was pretty neat and the cookies were awesome!!

The moms. My mom is in the middle and Carolines mom is on the left. She hosted the party. Jens mom is the other mom. Those two women were like my second moms growing up!
My niece (and Jr BM) Haley with her youngest brother (my newest nephew) Evan. My sisters had their babies about 2 and ½ weeks apart this past December. I love having the babies in the family!
I have a small update today. I realized I havent shown my shoes or jewelry yet so here they are:

I tried it all on with my gown yesterday at my first fitting and I love how it all looks. My dress needs to be taken in a little but nothing major. I go back in two weeks for my 2nd fitting. I also picked my veil while I was there. I wanted to have it for my hair trial with Beaute Speciale next week. Its very poofy right now though b/c it needs to be steamed.

The next two show a little bit of the detail. It has the clear beads around the edges. The beads match the beads on the dress. It sparkles in the light which is my favorite thing!
Weve gotten back a lot of our RSVPs which is good b/c today was the due date. We do still have some out though so Im going to give them until next Friday and then I guess well have to make some calls. YUCK. I really dont want to have to do that so I hope people just let us know.
Our final payment is due March 10. YIKES! Then my hair trial is the 11th and my 2nd fitting is the 12th. Things are starting to feel very real now that the wedding is so close I cant wait!
