Oh yeah I fogot to tell you guys that the marriage license came in today!!! Ok so where do I start with changing my name?

Social Security office and DOT(DMV). I went and got my license first because if you send in the paper to the SS office you have to send the marriage license. If you go into the social security office you just show them your marriage license.

Social security office and DMV... after that everything that has your name on it... credit cards and bills and such...

Social security is most important because your taxes can get screwed up if they don't have your new name and you file taxes with your married name. I know that's next year, thank God, but keep it in mind.

Is there a way to make the video bigger.I see Seabreeze point all the way in the back and I know we are there I just can't see!!!

I wish there was! Unfortunately it was just a little webcam hooked to our computer. The video was recorded directly to the ustream site so I can't even edit it. If you blow it up to full screen it just pixelates.

NEXT time you and Tim get married and we have a live webcam, I'll go out there and shoot with my real HD video camera! Deal?

Hi Lynn,

I am using www.missnowmrs.com to do this. I don't have time to go all over the place. On their website you pay $29.99 and they have EVERY form or letter possible that you would need to fill out . THey guide you through filling out your info and then you print our the forms already filled out and mail them to SSA, DMV, post office, banks, credit cards, etc.

Your Randy pics are so beautiful. Can't wait for more!

About changing your name, in NJ you'll need to make sure you have enough points in documentation. It's fine if they're in your maiden name, as long as you have the marriage license. It says bring a certified copy.

Proof of address and 6 Points of ID Verification (N.J.A.C. 13:21-8.2) are required, including a certified copy of the document for the name change. If a new Social Security card with the new name has not been received, the motorist should contact the Social Security Administration at (800) 772-1213.

Their system is supposed to be tied to the SS database, but I know from personal experience that sometimes things don't match up right.
