I'm so glad you are happy with your DVC. The first trip we took to our 'home' we knew in our hearts this was the right decision for us too I loved your picture of the magical express. Brings such happy thoughts! Thanks for sharing.

I am so excited to see you will be reporting while down there This is a very weird question...but I have very curly hair like you and am always trying to find new products to keep them frizz free and not weighed down. I noticed that your hair was looking fabulous on the plane picture and am asking the weird question...feel free not to answer if you don't want...but what products do you use?

I hope the Tonga Toast was good. I'd be happy just to see a picture of it right now! This time last year I was down there eating a piece myself, but this year - no such luck!

My daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter will be there tomorrow, though, so I'll get to listen to Disney World through her phone calls. She'll call often and torment me by holding the phone up and asking me to guess where they are.

I hope the weather is good for all as you enjoy your trips! I'm looking forward to more pictures when you have the time. Isn't Magic Kingdom so pretty with all its orange decor?

We did several live updates from our Fourth of July trip this past summer, and people did enjoy getting to 'be there' with us through our pictures.

WOO HOO WERE HERE!!!!! People OMG we are having a blast.... the weather is gorgeous...SSR is absolutely beautiful and we are so happy and confident with our decision of owning DVC.

Crowd level is great!!! At MK today we walked on every ride excapt for the rides in Fantasy land..it is always packed there.

Alrighty on with the report...I figured I would start now.

Our flight was at 7:05..we landed around 9:30 AM, flight was great.

When we got down to Magical Express there was no line. I checked us in...got on the bus and we sat in the back and the bus was empty lol. 20 people at the most were on the bus.

YAY WERE HERE!!

More later...I'm tired and we are getting up early to go to the POLY for breackfast...of course I'm getting Tonga toast...will continue the day later on. Sorry to keep you all hanging lol...I have a ton of pics so don't worry.

YAY a live update and photos. So happy that you like your home resort! We have friends that are DVC owners there. I just love that area of Disney anyway. We are staying at POR again in June and have stayed at POFQ twice. Love that you can take the ferry to DD. I look forward to seeing and reading more!!

Well we are home....so lets continue with this trip report!!! I have over 100 food pics lol and a ton of regular pics and we got 270 pics on the photo CD.

We had a blast...The first 4 days were great..crowds were normal...by the 5th the place was a little packed. Lines were ok but there were still a ton of people. May is still my favorite time to go..weather is perfect then and not too many people. In my opinion a million times better than October and PPP is a billion times better than MNSSHP! PPP is the best so far so Heather (hlrababy) you will be pleased to be going to PPP instead of MNSSHP! So much more fun.

OK so look forward to tons of food pics, Bay lake tower pics, SSR and AKV pics( BLT so much nicer in person like for real people! The models are gorgeous in person and amazing!!) MNSSHP..and we got to be in the American Idol attraction music video at DHS and spotted a celebrity!!! SOO much fun! All the food was great as always and Main St Bakery for breakfast and Chef Mickeys for breakest is jamming people, the best! Oh and tried a Dole whip finally but did I like it?? You will have to find out lol. Remember the bag of 100 pins we bought to trade...yeah they are gone traded them all so we came home with a huge collection and Tim has over 100 Donald pins..he has to count. The CMs were great to trade with and green laynard CMs offered to trade us some pins..especially Donald ones that Tim didn't have. They were blown away by his laynards. OHHH and I finally got to meet Ariel and have my picture taken with her...since 03 I have been wanting to do this lol.

Ok so I left off with us arriving to SSR. From the second I stepped off ME I knew we were going to have a great stay and that owning DVC is the best decision ever.

We checked in and there was no wait, place was empty. As soon as you walk in you here "Welcome Home"

We were first given a room in The Grandstand where a room was available..I asked the CM where the closest bus stop was and he showed me and said that he could actually put us in a room at Congress Park with a view of DTD and a 5 min walk to DTD. I said sure sounds great....The Grandstand would have been fine though but I loved the idea of being so close to DTD. The room there was not ready so we left the bags with the bell hop and walked over to the Springs bus stop to go to MK and I took some pics along the way.

YAY!!
I took the pics too soon lol. so don't mind Tim's DUH face...didn't give him a chance to smile.

It is just so gorgeous at SSR! This is a picure of the Springs section.
