lyft or UBER

I use both. I've usually had lower fares with Uber, but both have been pretty good. I just get the one that's showing a better rate or gave me a coupon. Lyft tends to give me coupons that never work, though, and tell me they'll automatically be applied but then they're not. I never have gotten around to contacting them about it, so it's somewhat on me as well.

I used Lyft on my last trip. The driver worked for both companies. She greatly prefers Uber, which surprised me to hear. She said in her area (Long Beach is where we were picked up), Uber is much better to the drivers. My nephew drives for Lyft and Uber and feels they're about the same in our area.
