Hey all!

Who has gotten the Luxury at Sea for Two package and what did you think of it? Worth it? Those robes look wonderful! And I love champagne/prosecco and chocolate :earboy2:

I cannot comment on it, but for anyone wondering if this is new, it's not. This is what was formerly called "Romance for Two" (or something similar). I know they changed the single one to "Luxury at Sea for One" which is infinitely less ooky than "Romance for One". LOL.

Will they fit pooh size? Also how tall is too tall for the robes?
All good questions. I know they are one size. We are sort of average size people and they fit with plenty of room, so for pooh size they may be just fine. As for height, we are both around 5' 9", also with plenty of length on the robes. So I guess if you are well over 6', you may find them being a bit short. Hopefully, someone else will comment that may fit those categories and ordered the package. We really liked them.

We love our robes. I’m relatively short (5’2”) and fairly small so the robe is huge on me, but it’s very soft and cuddly. My husband is 5’ 11” and it had plenty of length. We thought the package was a great deal.
I'm also 5'2" so this is great information! :yay:

Just got this (the non-alcoholic version) last month for my son and myself - so very glad they changed took the "romance" out of the name. The robes are big and plush and we love them. I thought it was a pretty good deal and a nice surprise to have waiting in the room.

My apologies for a dumb question, but what about the glasses? Are they for the recipient to keep? I don't know if the glasses are etched with the DCL logo or something. If so, the glasses would be nice to have.

No, the glasses are not included.

Maybe stupid question, do you get to keep the robes?

Yes, you get to keep them. Make sure you have room in your luggage!

We have! Lovely package, robes were great. We thought it was a great value.
Were the robes the new style or the old style? We got the old style several years ago and loved them. They are still as soft now as when we got them. I tried the new robes which were in the rooms and liked the old style better.

My husband is six foot and the robe was plenty long enough for him. Also the robes are large so I think they will fit most folks.

what champagne is included?

The Prosecco was Santa Elvira which cost about $18-$19 off ship.

Ours are from about 3 years ago~ we got them on our anniversary cruise. So old style, I guess. Very soft. I will say though if you had robes in the room, perhaps you sailed concierge? Those are different than those you purchase in the package.

Interesting. When we took our first cruise in 2017, I asked if I could get a loaner robe. I did (will never do that again, as I think they came from concierge and I put our steward in an awkward position) get robes for DH and I. Mine fit just fine, but DH is taller and heavier. He said it was too short for him, which might have been code for couldn't get it closed comfortably.

Anyway, does anyone know if the ones in the package are like the ones on the ship in concierge/spa area?

Bringing this back because I have a question. Do the robes have pockets? Of what material is the robe made? It’s hard to tell from the wee little picture on the DLC site.

Yes, the robe has a squarest pocket on both sides of the robe. It is made from one percent polyester. I am not a fan of polyester so I hung my robe in the guest room for our guests to use. Other than being made out of polyester, it is a very nice robe.
