OK, so, this is only a four-day trip, and I really want to try not to check any bags this time. I'm the type who could fit four days' worth of clothes into a backpack and be fine - what gets me is the toiletries. I am the Queen of Skin Care Products! Before TSA instituted its ban on liquids in carryons, this was not a problem. I traveled everywhere with just a carryon. But now I seem to always have to check a bag cuz there's no way I can get all of my toiletries into 3-oz bottles inside a single Ziploc bag.
But since I am going to be gone just 4 days this time, I think I might be able to do it. Most of the junk I use can be put into tiny little travel containers and crammed into one of those new quart-size Ziplocs with the gusset at the bottom.
But what about sunscreen? 3 oz. of sunscreen for 4 days ain't gonna cut it! Also, body butter/lotion/whatever you call it. I'm a tall gal - I got a lotta surface area to cover!

At this point, those are the only two things I can think of that I need more than 3 oz. of....
Any suggestions? I'm thinking about shipping myself some sunscreen along with the usual order of bottled waters, except I can't find a place online that sells both so I can get it all in one box. Alternatively, I could just stop at Walgreens outside WDW and buy this stuff, but then I see that taking up valuable time between getting off the plane and meeting Jensey that I could be SLEEPING!
So, I'm open to ideas. How do you all do it? Go low-maintenance and skip the skincare? Or do you just bite the bullet and check bags?

In other news, here is today's Cake of the Day. Back to SusiesCakes (I couldn't resist!).
The frosting is strawberry

, but otherwise, this is the most perfect-looking cake ever! It's hard to tell in this pic, but they stir colored sprinkles into the cake batter. And I'll bet I could get them to make it with vanilla frosting that's pink....
