Hi all,
I've been listening to the Podcast since it began and (mostly) lurking on the Boards for years. I don't get to visit the World nearly as much as I would like - so I don't always feel comfortable jumping in on the threads in the Trip Planning forums since there are others with way more experience than I that can give more current/better advice. However, I just discovered this Podcast forum and have really enjoyed the little community you have built up here.
Despite my usual shyness, I've decided to really try and come out of my shell and participate a little more.
After reading that so many members of this community recommended the Keurig, I bought one a couple of weeks ago and love, love, love it!
I follow Kathy on Facebook and have gotten a lot of good tips on new K-Cups to try - thanks Kathy!
And since that group recommendation worked out so well, after reading all the positive comments (and hearing Kevin's raves) I took the plunge & bought myself a Kindle - which I am also loving so far!
I was wondering if any of you experienced Kindle-lovers can give some tips to a newby on how to protect my new purchase from my usual clumsy self. Do you have a cover you use/like? Do you think I need a plastic screen cover or one of those gel-skins? And, of course, if you have any great books you've come across lately, I'd love to hear about them!
Thanks again for making this such a friendly place!
