I cut a non baked weight watcher roll in half and put some Bolognese sauce on them with pepperoni and baked it it was yummy I hate cheese so left it off
I had (know it probably sounds an odd concoction but I have got an excuse), ham, grated cheese, sweetcorn, red pepper, cucumber & red onion mixed in a bowl together with salad cream, then put it on top of sesame ryvitas and it was delish............
Boiled ham, mash, veg and gravy. I work in a nursery and eat what the kids do Good for modelling behaviour (table manners, using cutlery etc) and has the added bonus of saving me time and money on bringing my own lunch to work
