When do MOST of the CS throughout all the parks start serving lunch?

Is it at 11, earlier, later?

I belive it is 11:00 AM for Magic Kingdom, Epcot (Future World side), Disney MGM Studios & the Animal Kingdom. For the World Showcase I belive that they open at 11:30 AM to give the Cast Members time to prepare since WS opens at 11:00 AM.

11:00 AM is also when the counter service locations in the Resorts also start serving lunch.
