lunch hours

Hi All

Anyone have an idea what the typical lunch hours are at the WDW restaurants? Or a link to a website with hours? We like to do our "real meal" at lunch rather than dinner for various reasons and I want to start thinking about Ps's for our April trip. I prefer to eat lunch around 2 ish even 3 on a busy day and never at Noon LOL. I KNOW Easter time will be crowded so I would like to have at least a lunch ps every day.

depending on the restaurant the lunch "hour" is from 11:30 or give or take 30 minutes to about 4:00. hopes this helps! happy planning!
