When does lunch end and when does dinner start? Thanks!

It all depends on which restaurant you go to as they can vary. The main DIS homepage has listed all the times for nearly all the restaurants in the Disney Dining section. If you want to make sure it matches up, pretend to reserve an ADR for said restaurant. It will pop up a main menu to confirm the time and date. It will also list the times it is open for lunch and dinner.
