Lunch at SW for DH's birthday

DH's birthday is Dec. 30th, and I would like to make this day as special for him as possible. Shark's Underwater Grill has caught my attention as the most likely choice. It looks like a unique experience. The question that I have, is do they have a lunch menu. The only menu I have seen posted anywhere is a dinner menu. Is the menu the same all day? DS & I are surprising him with the luau, and a birthday cake for dinner. I would prefer not to have such a large lunch, but would really like to go to SUG. Anyone know of a lunch menu? Also, the only PS option that I have seen thus far is to call the morning of. Is this the only option? I'm concerned about waiting that long, since it's the week after Christmas. Answers to any or all of my questions will be greatly appreciated.

It's the same menu for lunch or dinner.

They don't advertise it, but you can call ahead. I honestly can't remember what number I used when I made my reservation. Try 407-363-3600 (the SeaWorld main number) and see if there's a number to press for dining ressies. I remember being on hold a while listening to advertising for other Busch parks, so you end up at a combined call center.

You are right that Dec. 30 will be a busy day, and getting a same day reservation at the podium will probably be difficult.

Do you think they would have a problem with us sharing, since we don't want to have such a big lunch? Also, how strict are they about the age limits on the menus? The "young adults menu" looks very good. Thanks for your help.
