Lunch at CityWalk and parking

I thought I read somewhere that if you eat lunch at a CityWalk restaurant, you can get a validation on your parking ticket and save $.

We are planning to eat lunch at NBA City on a Saturday after 12, during spring break. First, will that be crazy busy?
Second, will we have to pay the $15 or did I read that you can get a pass?

Yes...it will be crazy busy and yes...you will have to pay $15.00 to park.
