Hey, everybody.
I'm starting a new journal here on the WISH today. . .it's been awhile since I've had one, but it's helped me stay on track before, so I'm back to give it a try again!
My name is Erin. I'm 45 and I need to lose 40 lbs.(again
) My plan is not anything new--it's just my attempt to blend some of the aspects of my life into one big "healthy living plan."
Here's how it looks each day:
1. Devotions--I read/pray at the beginning of each day.
2. Meds and Vitamins--I need this written reminder to get the job done!
3. Water--I try to drink 6-8 glasses per day.
4. Exercise--my goal is to exercise at least 20 min. each day.
5. Food Log--I'm trying to get back in the habit of WRITING IT ALL DOWN! I'm also going to try counting points (without going to WW meetings, since I have all the stuff and I have WISH for support!).
6. Scale--I get on that beast every day to see where I'm at.
It'll be two years ago in April that I walked with Ocean City Half Marathon with MelanieC and DoeWDW. . .it's hard to believe I'm looking at the same body!
My exercise goal is to walk a minimum of 20 min. each day on the treadie or with DH. My weight loss goal for the month of January is to lose at least 5 lbs. and get back to ONEderland (-5 will be 198 for me).
I'm off and into the New Year!
