5. Food: english muffin and pb, coffee and cream

Have to run to the bank after work and to the grocery store for a few necessities like bread and milk. I want to catch up on some email and letter writing, call my in-laws in FL, and start the laundry. I'm hoping to spend most of the afternoon at home doing housework. Sound exciting?

Edit #2: Water, 5/8; snack was a Dunkin' Donuts med. coffee--about 3 points for the cream, lunch was soup and crackers, 6. Total so far today is 16.Have made the bed, started the laundry, and am getting ready to load the dishwasher. DSiL called to say DMiL is in the hospital in FL with congestive heart failure and arhythmia. The poor lady. DH and I will talk to her on and off throughout the day just to keep her spirits up.
