A few weeks ago on the podcast, Pete said something about getting a new suitcase for a carry-on. He said something about it was the only type he would carry. Does anyone remember what kind it was & why he loved it so much? I've been going back through old podcasts trying to find it, but I haven't yet.

I'm not sure of his exact reasons for liking this particular brand, but I would assume it has to do with being serviceable, reliable, sturdy etc.

Just wanted to pipe in and add that I recently discovered packing cubes from eBags and LOVE THEM. They make it so easy to keep your things organized and eliminate extra time unpacking.

It's all Sean Connery's fault.

He's in an ad on the back of Vanity Fair and he's sitting on a dock in the Bahamas.

He's wearing khakis, a black turtle neck and a straw hat. The LV Keep All is on the dock next to him.

He looks amazing for a man his age and I'm envious.

I dont know if I'm envious of how good he looks or the fact that he's in a gorgeous location....but I'm thinking it's the $1100 carry on.

I think if I get one, I will look good in khakis and a black turtle neck and be transported to that beautiful spot.

I think that's worth $1100.

And then there's the one with Mikhail Gorbachev in the back of a cab....

I finally bought a Louis Vuitton tote a few years ago. It's small but I could afford it. I use it for a weekend bag. It's a good thing that I didn't see the one with Sean Connery. For the $1100.00, I would want him to deliver it to me. That would be worth it!!
