Luggage Transfer?

We are considering splitting our stay between Disneyland Hotel and Grand Californian. We will not have a car and there are five of us. Can the Disneyland Hotel transfer our luggage? I know it's close enough to walk and I have strolled thru Downtown Disney rolling my suitcase, but would rather not do that.

Yep we did this last year....we just left our luggage with the bell hop & when our room was ready at the Grand I just called down to their bell service to check & our bags were there...
We had 5 bags & I think I tipped the first bell hop $20....& it was worth it!
