luggage tags

Ok so I am all done with shirts, now how do I do luggage tags? They need to be made smaller but how small and how do I do it. Also where does everyone buy those clear luggage tags?

I used a design from somewhere on here, and sized it down, then ran it on a card stock paper and cut it out and then placed it in laminating tags that I found in Wal*Mart..they fit perfect in the little sleeve like holder..

Missyma, I found the clear luggage tags at Target near the office supplies. They had 2 different brands and came in a pack of 5.

Hi,

I have these that someone had requested you are welcome to use them. I bought them at walmart in the past. These do have to be shrunk down though to the size of a business card i believe
