Luggage tags and documents

When should I expect to have my luggage tags in document delivered in the mail to my home? i've been on a couple Disney cruises in the past but cannot remember when I receive these help from recent cruisers please !

At 2 weeks call if not yet received, they may still mail, less than that they will send PDF to print and use. Had to do this once when they were having mail issues.

One note - if you used a TA, it's possible that your documents my be sent to them.

We received our to Canada at just before 30 days out a week or so ago.
