We will be doing a split stay between All Star Sports (1 night) and Wilderness Lodge (4 nights) in May. I know that we can take our luggage to the front desk at All Star and have it sent over to WL, but my question is will we need to pick it up at the front desk or will it be sent to our room? I'm hoping to avoid needing to go to the front desk by using online check-in (I know this isn't guaranteed-hence the hope)-especially since we won't be getting to WL until late in the evening. TIA:thumbsup2

they would probably send it to your room. just thinking.. that would free up space for them. perhaps call and ask the hotel directly. We are split staying at the GF and Yacht. Last year we did our first split stay at GF and AoA. We had a bell man get our bags and we took a cab over to AoA and another bellman walked us to our room. This time i am planning on doing the same thing. DH wouldn't want to leave our bags

You can always call bell services when you get to the room and they will deliver your bags to your room.

When you get in your room, you call bell services and they will bring it. They will not deliver it to the room until someone is physically there, they used to but not any more.

You will leave your bags at Bell Services, not the front check in desk. Bell services are usually located outside. They will transfer and keep it at bell services at your next resort. They will even refrigerate things if needed. Then, when you arrive at your new room, call bell services from your room and they will deliver, but only while you are in the room. Your bags will not arrive until late afternoon regardless of how early you drop them off at your first resort. So pack a day bag for the pool if needed, or head to the Parks and have fun. Bell services would also hold your day bag for you at your second resort, but if you are going to need stuff out of it before 3 or 4 o'clock make sure you take it on transportation with you to your second resort.
