Luggage/Rental Car Question

I know at MCO they have those carts that you can pay for and put your luggage on. I was wondering if I use one of those if I can take it over to the rental car garage to get all of my luggage into my car without having to lug it all over there?

and if you're really lucky you'll find an abandoned one in the garage & be able to get a free ride for luggage back to terminal.
