The comment about not tipping will cause them to start charging guests for the same service??? Well, I have to tell you..if they start charging, then curbside is going to have to start charging as well. And if I'm being charged then I'll be taking my bags to the airport myself.
There are several airlines that do charge for curbside service now and expect a tip on top of it. If RAC ever went to charging I would still pay for it. Paying curbside at the airport is one thing, but paying for it at your resort is completely worth it. Your bags are handled several times, by several different people using RAC. Paying $2 a bag vs dragging my luggage to the airline counter and standing in line to check it, THEN dragging them to the security kiosk to then give to them is a pain in the butt and can sometimes take a long time. And worse when you have little ones with you. I guess I've been lucky that I've always had great RAC service.
