Luggage Assistance with no DME?

We want to rent our own car, but would really like for Disney to transport our luggage from the airport to our hotel room. I know that the luggage travels on a seperate vehicle from the Magical Express busses, so can you still get Disney to take your luggage even if you do not take Magical Express?
