luggage and grocery question

Well, I can only answer part of your question. You can use services such as gardengrocer.com or wegoshop.com and order groceries and have them delivered to BWV on the day of your arrival. They will be held in Bell Services until you call down to them and ask for them to be delievered by a WDW employee. It's really simple. We use gardengrocer each time we head to Diz.

The online check-in process is new, so I'm not sure how that works for a renter. Although it seems to me you would only need the reservation number to do that. Hopefully someone has gone trough that process and will let you know.
