Can anyone let me know what it is like and how to book a reservation before I go?

If ringing from the UK - take off first 0 and pre fix with 0033
If ringing from the US - take off the first 0 and pre fix with 001133

I haven't eaten at the Lucky Nugget, so I can't help you really. But there is a review about it here, and hopefully some other people will give you their opinion

We've eaten there twice. We enjoyed it the first time but the second time we went there for our Christmas lunch and had an absolutely fantastic time.

We always enjoy the food, the characters are great and the band really adds to the atmosphere.

One of the best selections of food for a buffet, there were so many main courses to choose, we didn't even look at the starters and when it came to dessert I made DH come up with me and between us we got 1 of everything to try, except the crepes which we, sorry I, intended going back for - but really couldn't fit in.

Other than the food, lovely atmosphere and a really nice setting, both my 2 DS's have asked if we can eat there again.

Thank you for your kind replies. Looks like a should be booking the Lucky Nugget. I have previously gone to Cafe Mickeys and it was really good but I want to go somewhere different. Possibly I will do Lucky Nugget and Cafe Mickeys on this trip. Thanks again
