We'll be there the same time We'll be there June 8 - 17, and have some of the same plans. Definately have to keep and eye out for you and your beautiful family.

Question for you about your shirts - how do you do your white mickey heads? Is it bleach, or do you not put dye on those areas? Very unique - love them! Although, we are fast running out of days to wear all our shirts I've made/had ideas for on the design thread! (!!!!!!!!!!)

Oh my gosh!! I am so addicted to the design thread! I've got two different designs for a trip shirt and I cannot decide whether to use one or both? Thinking about taking a vote on this thread. Then there's a Star Wars Weekend shirt,a Father's Day shirt.......
We had a great time making the Mickey shirts and they have lasted at least two trips now. I had a Mickey head cut out of poster board, laid the shirt down with the head on it and we used the dye in little spray bottles. DH really soaked his shirt, while I was more delicate. On Jake's , we use the little Mickey head paint chips cut out to created the voids in the design. We are planning to try the Tye dye mickey with the head colored in this time. Just waiting to find a shirt for EM. A C Moore is still sold out!
Please look for us! If you put a pic in your signature, we'll look for you too. Where are you staying? I'd love to see what shirts you chose for your trip. I hope to post mine soon. I am so impatient to get started. Darn you, A C Moore!!

Make sure you post the pictures of your shirts when they are done! I am going to have to get major help making t-shirts for MNSSHP. I know you get the design and something about transfer paper but it is all a foreign language to me!!

Today's my day!! Our family has alway embraced things that are superstitious. We love black cats, purposely walked under ladders, and have step on the crack contests. In fact, I opened an umbrella inside just this morning!!!!!!!!! (EUOEP) This lucky#13 trip is going to be awesome!!

The ladies at A C Moore have been so sweet to me. I've been bugging them every day about restocking their tshirts!! I'll be sharing our family designs soon!!

53 MORE DAYS and..... I finally have the shirts to do our tye dye!! I had to go to Michael's, but their tshirts were $1.88!! I went ahead and got the Lime green ones too. Their lime green is a little darker than A C Moore, but I couldn't argue with that price! I'm off to trace mickey heads. In case you missed it, this is the thread I will be following.

It was so much fun to do! But you have to be patient. (not my strong point) I think they turned out great. I want to make some more!! Dh was not thrilled about doing them, but when we were rinsing them out, I could tell he was impressed and excited about them.
I am so sleepy after last night. I hope I'm making sense. Next we'll be doing our transfer shirts. Stay tuned.

Thanks! She's sleeping and I guess that is best for now. All I've been able to get her to keep down is two chicken nuggets and a bite of an ice cream sandwich. Here's hoping for a better day tomorrow.
