Hi

Can anyone tell me if you can get into the lobby area and/or park at the Lucas Arts site on a Saturday please? Or if it is just during usual 9-5 weekday hours?

We were there on a weekday and allowed into the lobby area. I would guess, but it's only a guess, that the lobby is only open during traditional business hours.

Strange. All the reviews online say how friendly security is about letting fans see the statue and radar figure.

Thanks, although I'm slightly confused by the second link because one reviewer says you should go 'during business hours to see the lobby' and another one says they 'love going at the weekend and check out the lobby'

Guess I'll just have to try it on the Saturday when we are there and go back on the monday if not.

Update for those who want to know.

I went there this past Saturday, the lobby area was closed. It appears to only be open during normal business hours M-F. The Yoda fountain is outside, so that is probably available 24/7. There is a friendly guard stationed at the entrance to the parking lot, just let them know you are visiting the fountain or the lobby and they let you in for free.
