LTT or CP for Dinner?

As much as I hate dinner buffets, DS (who will be 3.5 on our next trip) loves eating with the characters! We will be going to MVMCP and wonder which is better for dinner, CP or LTT?

We did both in November. I enjoyed the food more at LTT, but I enjoy Thansgiving type food. CP was prettier, but if I had to choose just for food it would be LTT. Keep in mind the characters are different. CP has Pooh and the gang, LTT is Mickey and friends.

I've not eat at LTT, yet. But, we're eating there on our next trip. But, I have eaten at CP for dinner and hated it. The characters were great. They came around to our table twice. It was a lovely rest. and not too loud. But the food really was bad. I think I enjoyed like 2 things out of like 20. I've heard good things about LTT too.

My DH and I have done both. He enjoys LTT more and I love CP. LTT is a little more of a relaxed atmosphere, you get served at your table family style. The food at both places are wonderful. But I love CP because it feels more upbeat, the characters have a little parade that kids can get involved in, and you get to swing your napkins and clap along. I love that about the CP. I'm also partial to the Winnie the Pooh characters as well.

My kids prefer CP because of the food. LTT is Stoffers mac and cheese which my 6 year old doesn't like and it's turkey and carrot or corn etc...my kid eat practically nothing at LTT. They love the buffet at CP though.

At LTT I enjoy the atmosphere and the butter, bread and salad dressing.

LTT is pretty festive for MVMCP, I believe the characters wear festive stuff for the party.

Do you want buffet or sit down? That might help in your decision.

Thanks for the input- we will probably stick with LTT for dinner the night of MVMCP and do CP for breakfast another day. Thanks again!
