LTT before MVMCP

Our original plan was to go to MVMCP in December but have now decided (maybe) not to go. We have an ADR for LTT for 5:30. We' ve never been to LTT and I really don't want to cancel. My question is, if we go the the MK during the day and keep our 5:30 ADR will that give us enough time to eat before the park closes at 7:00

Yes you should be fine with that time schedule. It actually sounds like a nice time to end the day. Close enough that you will be finishing right as the park closes and you are being asked to leave (if the party is starting). And if you do stay for the party, a nice time to start the evening's activites.
