Just watched a live feed on CNN with the Lt.Gen...

I can't help but like this guy. He doesn't sugarcoat. To quote New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin "He came off the doggone chopper, and he started cussing and people started moving."

On the frustration/lawlessness of some of the displaced residents the Lt.Gen. says, "By-and-large, these are families that are just waiting to get out of here. They are frustrated; I would be, too. I get frustrated at the cash register counter when the paper runs out."....Me too General, me too.

DH has been in the Army Reserves for 26 years and the active Army before that. He thinks that he is a take charge, good guy that gets the job done.
