Lowest $$$ offer to get past ROFR

I have been looking at re-sales and if I find the one I am after I will jump right in.

Meanwhile there are a couple of contracts that I would be prepared to make an offer on but are not exactly what we want. With that in mind I would want to make a lower offer and if Disney exercised ROFR I wouldn't be too heartbroken.

So I was wondering if anyone could offer guidelines to the lowest offer I could make at OKW and still (possibly) get through ROFR. Does anyone think $69 get through????

We recently passed on $73 per point on a smallish contract.

you have nothing to lose by trying...I think if it was BCV you might not get it through because of waiting list but OKW you just might. good luck !!!

You can always give it a try! We got our first contract at OKW for $68 - that was in April 04. Our latest OKW contract was for $73, bought in Dec. In September and October, prices jumped because Disney was buying back contracts Good luck with your hunt!
