Lowest crowd week in Feb. 2017?

Starting to plan a Feb. vacation and our AP will expire on Feb. 23 so we will want to do the Disney part of our trip before the 23 and then we will be doing a few days at Universal. I can't remember when the school holidays are for the month though presidents day is on the 20th. TIA

The 2 weeks prior to President's Day are historically lower attendance than that week. President's Day is part of mid winter break for school's here in NY and many folks head for warm weather after the long winter!

President's Day is 2/20. We'll be part of the hordes descending from Upstate NY from 2/18-2/24. Bonus - the second weekend is the Princess Marathon. I'd avoid the last two weeks of Feb if I were you. (or not locked into school vacations)
