I was also going to mention going to the post office and getting a "moving packet"== coupon is in there.

All the post offices in my area no longer have the mover's packet...just a card saying to go online to do an address change. However, they may offer the 10% coupon if you go to do it online.

I have also found them in the past by doing a Google search.
