Low Carb Soup Recipes

Anyone on a low carb eating plan know of good soup recipes? We have been eating lots of salads but when it gets chilly I crave a big pot of soup. Most soups seems to have a high carb content, so I'm looking for some ideas.

I've gotten some recipes from lowcarbcafe.com, (don't know how to link) but I haven't tried the soups yet. Let me know if you find any good ones!

500 easy LC recipes has several.

Here's what I made this week. Mainly made it up. I do not have a carb count for it

Cooked 1 chicken in crock pot with 1/2 oinion, celery salt pepper etc until tender.
debone and cubed chicken(threw out onion and celery)

To broth I added 4 zuchinni, a chopped onion, large can stewed tomatoes, couple stalks chopped celery.
cooked until almost tender then beat 4 eggs with 1/2 cup parmesan cheese. Brought soup up to a boil and added agg mixture in a thin stream.
