Okay, I'm trying to do Weight Watchers and Low carb so I've been buying salads with a chicken breast on them at work every day, and I'm about to sprout wings and begin clucking! 
Can anyone recommend a low-carb-good-dose-of-protein lunch that I could take to work with me? Preferrably something that needs little preperation or I could make it up the night before and keep it in the fridge.
