Okay, I'm trying to do Weight Watchers and Low carb so I've been buying salads with a chicken breast on them at work every day, and I'm about to sprout wings and begin clucking!

Can anyone recommend a low-carb-good-dose-of-protein lunch that I could take to work with me? Preferrably something that needs little preperation or I could make it up the night before and keep it in the fridge.

Thanks!:)

We like to do ham/cheese roll ups with a stalk of celery, or some hard boiled eggs.

Take a slice of ham lunch meat lay a slice or slice and a half of cheese in the middle, roll it up (make two of them). Wrap them up and take them with you. Hubby also likes this with Roast beef or turkey slices...you can vary the meat/cheese and it is something different and very easy. I make his the night before, put them in a glad lock container. I always keep celery cleaned and in the fridge.

my favorite lunch is BLT wraps...take romaine lettuce leaves...add 2 to 3 pieces of bacon...thin slices of tomato...and some mayo then wrap up like a taco! very easy to prepare at work assuming the bacon is pre-cooked...

You are right scarlett...we do those a lot for dinner...love blt wraps!

I can see where they would be very easy to take to work also.

How about tuna salad? I skip the pasta, and just mix tuna with mayo, hard boiled egg, celery and a little onion! :)
