History- Lost 40 pounds twice after each kid with Atkins.
Gained 10 pounds back. Came here, lost 5, then went on a carb frenzy, gained thsoe 5 plus another 5. 10 pounds over and I'm craving carbs liek CARZY!!! Atkins has been the only diet that has ever really worked for me, BUT I'm just so burnt out on it. I need soem suggestions on foods!

I'm thinking about trying thsoe low carb breads and pastas, cause this is what I crave. Has anyoen seen them or order them online? Do any of you have a fav place to orde4r low carb products online with the better of prices?
I just can't seem to find anywhere near me that carries what I'm looking for, but surely it si out there.
I live north of Atlanta for goodness sake.
Anyway, thanks for any help!

I live no where near any low carb/health food stores, so I have to buy my stuff online...I also order from Netrition and they have the fastest shipping I have ever seen! LOL...They are great!! :)

Something that may work for you long term - have you looked at the Carb Addicts Lifespan Program? It allows away to build in some carbs at your reward meal so you can have portions of the things you love, while working on reminding your body that you don't require them to feel good. If you are interested let me know and I'll be glad to answer any questions. I'm sure their books would be at a library too...

Thansk again everyone. So i started back today on Atkins and I just coudln't atek it. I went and bought soem rice cakes and sugar free soybutter. (My daughter is allergic to peanuts so I don't let PB or stuff liek that into my house anyway.) I just had to have soemthing bread like. it is bad. I'm a toatl carb junkie.
So I tied looking in the search engine for Carb Addicts Lifespan Plan and coudln't find anything. Sounds interesting, any link then?
Thanks so much!

Has anyone tried the Keto brand? I saw they ahve pastas and breakfast cereals! Something I just cRAVE! It is somewhat decent or taste liek cardboard?
:p

I know the Keto Crisp, the cocoa one, is really good!! I missed cereal, so I decided to try this and I was happy with it...I usually have a small serving of it with heavy cream...:)

If you could give up your refined carbohydrates for one week, you would stop wanting them.

Heavy cream has 6 grams of carbohydrates in 8 ounces
Whole milk has 11.3 grams of carbohydrates in 8 ounces
Skim milk has 11.9 grams of carbohydrates in 8 ounces

Heavy cream is the lowest carb choice :)

www.carbolitedirect.com has all candies, cookies and stuff that are no or low carbs. These are the products that are sold at Walgreens. Gummi Bears and Peanut Butter Cookies are my favorites.

Gummie bears sounds good! I ahve to avoid the PB itmes though since my daughter is SEVERLY allergic to peanust and I just don't wnat it in the house.
By the way, am I the only one that thsoe low carb chocolate bars tear up the ole' tummy? Geez...

I think ALMOST ALL the low carb products tear up tummies. If you read the labels they say "it may cause laxative effect". Personally, I like that affect because eating so much protein can make me "stuffie" if you know what i mean!!!!!

The sugar alcohols don't have that effect on me but lots of WISHers seem to have that trouble.
