they are without power. Her school was in the zone hit by the tornado, but SHE was on the plane coming back from WDW and fortunately not there.

Her mother's house (99 years old lady) was one of only two in her neighborhood left undamaged. Caroline was able to go there this morning - she says the rest of the dwellings are a mess. If you want to call her - used the home phone - she has no way to repower her cell.

Thanks for letting us know! I was thinking of you guys (and our other regional folks) as I was watching the storms march across the weather maps.

We spent some time in the basement last night (kids were afraid when the warnings kept going up for our county,) but we only got a bad series of thunderstorms out of it.

Wow, the news reports are just horrible. You can hear the fear in everyone's voices when they talk about it.

I'm glad to hear they are safe. Being without power stinks, but it's a bit easier to bear in the weather we're having. (Sunny and DRY!).
