Loving Flex Points!

This is my first week back on WW and I really love the new Flex Points program! I'm weighing in Sunday or Monday so I'll post on how I do. Also, since I stopped going to LA Weight Loss, thought I was pregnant and ate whatever I wanted, I only gained 1/2 a pound. So at least I didn't have to start from scratch.

I glad you like flexpoints, scanne. I really like it too! I feel like it really gives me a lot of flexibility in what I choose. (Guess that's why they named it flexpoints, huh?) What is really great for me is that I can handle unexpected situations with it. If I'm too tired to cook or hubby wants to go out to eat, it's not a problem!! I just use some of my flexpoints!! Can't wait to hear how your week went!

Glad you love the Flexpoints! I love them too. It really makes it so much easier to do this as a way of life. It really gives me lots of flexability! I am sure glad they changed it.

Well after week 1 back on WW I lost a pound! Yay!!!!!!!!!!

I really love them too ... I don't have to plan exactly where I'm going to spend my points for the week ... and if I happen to go out for dinner or lunch unexpectedly, it's no problem

Good job on the 1/2 lb loss! You're on your way!

Flex points are all I know WW wise since I just started in 9/15, but I agree that they are great. I've been able to lose every week and still have some special things and eat out once is a while.
