The good part is you don't really have to plan like crazy. If you don't make ADR's you will not starve in the parks! You probably won't get BOG and some of the character meals book fast but there are PLENTY of places you can eat that will still have seating the day of. The FP's can also be changed on the fly. I love that I don't have to carry anything. No key, no wallet, I don't even bring my purse
My window to make fp+ is coming up quickly wondering on the 60 day mark do you get to set up all your 10 days for vacation {{ like adr's }} or is it 1 day at a time?

We all found that we were more comfortable with the bands on our left hands although two of us were right handed and one was left handed (me). Years of computer work has made me very uncomfortable with something on my right hand Mouse hand). It didn't really matter to using the bands - at park entrances and FP entrances there are machines on each side. We quickly got comfortable with using them accurately at our door and at registers.
You don't have to wear the MB, but you must have it and I would hate to lose it from a pocket. I stopped a man who had dropped his one morning. I don't know if it fell from his wrist or from a pocket or the stroller her was pushing. He had no idea it was gone. They did feel very secure once on so maybe his was not on his wrist when it fell.
I guess some people are heavier FP users than we ever were so apparently people want more than 3 and want them for multiple parks in the se day.
I can see for those commando style visitors this is negative but we were fine with only 3. We like the "experience" of WDW more than feeling the need to hit every ride so if a standby line was longer than we wanted to wait, we weren't too bummed about skipping that ride.
I found it was best to have it on the opposite hand from the one that I use on the finger print scanner. So for me, the left hand always worked.
I wore mine loose so I could turn it -- some things like POS scanners it worked better to have the Mickey on the inside of your wrist, while others worked better on the outside of your wrist (like door locks).
I did all the same things that I used to do with my KTTW card. Both times we checked in we were told the cards were no longer available. I was disappointed since I would still prefer to have the card except when swimming.
