Loved BCV!!!

We stayed 2 nights at BCV last Fri & Sat. We have stayed at this resort before but not in the villas part. We selected a 1 bedroom and it was a great room. The room was well decorated and equiped. The only sign of wear I saw was the carpet which had some pretty decent-sized stains on it- that was disapponting as I wouldn't let a stain like that exist at my home and I'll bet they wouldn't let stains like that be there in a regular WDW hotel room either. The standards should be the same.

Bell and housekeeping services were fantastic. When I called with special requests like a blender and extra pillows, they arived a few minutes after I hung up the phone. Check -in was smooth as pie- I had my room at 11:30am! All of the staff was warm and friendly. The pool was great and the grounds beautifully maintained. I love the "feel" of this resort- they have really captured the NE beachside hotels really well.

All -in-all, we LOVE BCV!!!

We stayed in BCV in Mid-July and this was our first DVC experience. We loved it. I only wish we had become members sooner.

Unfortunately some carpet stains cannot be removed without extensive cleaning that can leave the room out of service for a couple of days while the carpet dries. I do not think that DVC wants to do that in the peak summer season.
